I want to tell you an interesting story how my life challenges have
helped women become better leaders.

As a teenager I was clueless.

Doing homework, learning and studying seemed as if it had no
meaning. My grades were terrible, C’s, D’s and F’s
After marriage at seventeen, followed by two children, my life
seemed to be… predictable. For me that meant I was simply
responding to one crisis or event after another.

Life took an unexpected turn when I took my first class at the
community college. I was shocked when I received an A in the class,
the first one in my life! This began a wonderful adventure of
seeing how many A’s I could get.

I discovered there were actual formulas I could follow that would
help me achieve my goal of getting high grades. I graduated with a
3.9 in my Bachelors degree and a 3.8 in my Masters of Psychology.

Robert Frost wrote, "Something we were withholding made us weak,
until we found out it was ourselves." Thanks to my wonderful
mentors and coaches, in college and in business. I discovered how
to change my attitude, my behavior, and myself in order to get the
results I wanted. At the time this was a huge surprise. I could
actually create the future I wanted.

I began my psychotherapy practice and soon discovered that many of
my clients were business executives and company presidents. They
were very excited by the questions I asked and the suggestions I
gave them to improve their leadership skills, and to increase the
morale of their employees.

These leaders got promotions, increased their salaries, their
companies profits and they developed great teams.

Boy, were they happy!

I was excited and motivated to learn everything I could about
leadership and organizational development.

Over the last 25 years I have developed an expertise in helping
people overcome barriers to their success, and realizing their
goals faster.

I am looking forward to giving you ideas that will help you reach
your goals and dreams.
